Zavod Krankomplekt, LLC designs and produces travelling crabs for both overhead traveling cranes and gantry cranes with a lifting capacity of 5 to 250 tons.The crab of the crane has the form of a welded frame metal structure supported by 4 running wheels which are fixed by means of angled boxes. If the crab of a gantry crane is of a single-beam type, it is suspended on mobile electric carriages. There are lifting mechanisms on the crab, this can be a separate drive version: electric motor, reducer, hydraulic brake, and in telpher version.
The frame of the crab is covered with the solid floor with holes for carrier cables passing. The trolley has the barrier railings according to the rules of cargo cranes operation. It has an entrance to the site covered with a removable chain. Rubber bump stops, limit switches, connection boxes, overload limiters are installed on the crab.
