The crane boards control the electric motors of the lifting mechanisms or when moving gantry and traveling cranes. With the help of crane boards starting, reversing, braking are provided as well as speed control of the motor and the maximum, zero, final protection of the electric drive.
Crane control boards are manufactured in an open form. They have a vertical frame on which communication apparatus, blocks and panels for equipment are installed. Thanks to the front connection of the wires there is no need to have a passage from the rear to the crane panel. The wires of the main circuits, located externally, are connected directly to the terminals of the required apparatus. Protective panels are produced in closed form (box), both for internal and external mounting.

Also, the CRLI contactors have an extensive range of rated currents, thereby allowing you to select the option at the best price for a particular engine.
There are programmable relays (such as Zelio Logic) installed in a complex with contactors on the panel of the modernized type of control. This allows you to accurately adjust the time required to accelerate the engine (the heating becomes smaller, the resource increases, then the acceleration will be smooth). Thereby fewer intermediate relays are used, increasing the overall reliability of the circuit.
The control voltage and marking of the terminal blocks on the modernized boards fully meet the standards. Therefore it is possible to make the minimum-schedule.
Our company has experience in the use of boards for heavy-duty cranes such as bridge grabbing crane with a lifting capacity of 5 tons. We have a standard electrical circuit in contactors with a constant current of KTPV, KPD type. Crane passport PV = 40%, but in reality it reaches 75%.
There were problems with the electrical engineering of the crane at least twice a week (the contacts were punctured, the block-contacts were off). Therefore, in April 2008, the management control decided to modernize the electrical circuit by using contactors CRLI.
When working with a crane it was necessary to replace the contacts after 12 months, and during this time there was no failure of the board.
After replacing the chains electrical apparatus for the crane control and using upgraded boards, the warranty period for the installed equipment became to be 1 year.
